1. Friendly Greeting Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the local guide. We start checking guests in as early as 15 minutes prior to departure. We will check your reservations & assist with any questions prior to boarding. Offer you a complimentary coupon book with 40 businesses with in walking distance. 2. Boarding Process Boarding is quick and efficient, with staff guiding guests to their seats. The vehicle has wide steps and handrails to ensure easy access for everyone, including seniors and families with strollers. 3. Comfortable Seating The vehicle offers comfortable seating with large clear windows for great visibility of the scenic route. Guests can pick their seats on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Pre-Departure Information Our guide will provide a brief personal introduction before the Winter City Tour starts. 5. Punctual Departure: The vehicle departs promptly at the scheduled time, so it’s recommended that guests arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to ensure a smooth boarding experience. 6. Weather Considerations If it’s a chilly day, guests can expect the vehicle to be heated for comfort. 7. Parking and Logistics A open air parking lot is located across from Downtown Hilton Hotel • 225 E St, Anchorage, AK 99501 Metered Parking: all around us and the meters take credit cards or coins. Unfortunately, there is no free parking downtown.

Unfortunately, if the roads are not plowed no, We will refund or reschedule guests depending on each situation.
Do I need a printed ticket or receipt?
No need for paper tickets here! Just walk up with your name and a smile, and we’ll handle the rest. Easy peasy, right? Can’t wait to see you!
Are there any bilingual or multilingual tour options?
No, we currently do not offer bilingual or multilingual tour options. Our tours are conducted in English.
Do I need to tip the guide?
Tips are not included in reservation pricing, so we encourage guests to bring cash if they would like to tip their driver for a great experience. Your generosity is always appreciated and goes directly to your guide as a thank you for making your tour memorable!

Is food available at each stop on the Winter City Tour?
No, unfortunately, food is not available for purchase at every stop. Guest may bring their own drinks and snacks with them.
