Boarding Process Boarding is quick and efficient, with staff guiding guests to their seats. The vehicle has wide steps and handrails to ensure easy access for everyone, including seniors and families with strollers. 3. Comfortable Seating The vehicle offers comfortable seating with large clear windows for great visibility of the scenic route. Guests can pick their seats on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Pre-Departure Information Our guide will provide a brief personal introduction before the Winter City Tour starts. 5. Punctual Departure: The vehicle departs promptly at the scheduled time, so it’s recommended that guests arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to ensure a smooth boarding experience. 6. Weather Considerations If it’s a chilly day, guests can expect the vehicle to be heated for comfort. 7. Parking and Logistics A open air parking lot is located across from Downtown Hilton Hotel • 225 E St, Anchorage, AK 99501 Metered Parking: all around us and the meters take credit cards or coins. Unfortunately, there is no free parking downtown.
